### **Position Overview**:
### **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Barista**: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages to a high standard.
- **Waitress**: Greet and seat guests, take orders, and serve food and drinks with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- **Cashier**: Accurately process payments, manage cash registers, and ensure that all transactions are recorded correctly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including the barista station and dining area.
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables, and ensure that guests have a positive dining experience.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a friendly and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth service.

### **Requirements and Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in a barista, waitress, or cashier role is preferred.
- **Customer Service**: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- **Barista Skills**: Ability to prepare a wide range of coffee and tea beverages, with attention to detail and presentation.
- **Cash Handling**: Experience with cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- **Flexibility**: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, with a positive attitude and willingness to assist colleagues.
- **Availability**: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
