**Job Purpose**

**What You’ll Do**
- Welcome customers with warmth and professionalism, offering personalized makeovers and expert product recommendations.
- Cross-sell and recommend complementary products to maximize sales and enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Build strong relationships with regular customers, providing follow-up support and promoting repeat sales.
- Maintain immaculate standards in the beauty room/makeup studio to ensure a premium customer experience.
- Represent Bloomingdale’s Beauty at events such as fashion shows and brand activations to enhance visibility and awareness.
- Collaborate with store teams during in-store promotions to boost sales and elevate brand image.

**What You’ll Bring**
- High school / “O” Levels qualification, with additional certification in makeup artistry or cosmetology.
- Level 2 & 3 Beauty Academy certification (preferred).
- 1-2 years’ experience as a Makeup Artist, ideally in a retail or luxury beauty environment.
- Strong artistry skills with a passion for makeup trends, techniques, and products.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach.
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
