Bike Rider

We are seeking a dynamic and responsible **Bike Merchandiser** to join our food distribution company. The role involves ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products to retail stores, maintaining product visibility, and assisting with in-store merchandising to maximize sales and brand presence.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Delivery & Distribution**: Deliver products to assigned retail outlets promptly and safely using a company-provided bike.
- **Merchandising**: Organize, display, and restock products on shelves according to company guidelines. Ensure optimal shelf visibility for promotional items and bestsellers.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels at each store and report low stock or replenishment needs to the sales team. Ensure accurate stock rotation (FIFO) to prevent expiries.
- **Customer Relationships**: Act as the first point of contact for store owners or managers, addressing any concerns professionally. Build and maintain positive relationships to enhance the company’s reputation.
- **Sales Support**: Share feedback from retailers about product performance and customer preferences. Assist in setting up promotional displays or campaigns when required.
- **Compliance**:
Adhere to all traffic regulations, company safety protocols, and product handling standards.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Proven experience in a delivery or merchandising role preferred.
- **Valid UAE Bike license with a clean driving record.**:

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic understanding of inventory and merchandising principles.
- Friendly, proactive attitude with excellent communication skills.

Pay: AED2,500.00 per month

License/Certification:

- UAE BIKE license (required)
