**Job Summary**:
As an AC Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the HVAC systems within our Hospital Project in the UAE. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of all air conditioning systems to maintain a comfortable and safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Supervision**: Lead a team of HVAC technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the smooth operation of the AC systems.

**Maintenance and Repairs**: Schedule and oversee routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs of HVAC equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

**Troubleshooting**: Identify and diagnose AC system issues promptly, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.

**Inventory Management**: Maintain adequate spare parts and equipment inventory to facilitate timely repairs and replacements.

**Compliance**: Ensure that all HVAC systems and procedures adhere to local regulations, safety standards, and hospital policies.

**Budget Management**: Assist in the preparation of budgets for AC maintenance and repair activities, and monitor expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness.

**Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and service history.

**Reporting**: Provide regular reports on the status of HVAC systems, highlighting any potential issues or improvements.

**Team Development**: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth within the HVAC team.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of Supervisory experience in a Hospital Project in the UAE.
- Hold a 3-year Diploma in Mechanical or HVAC.
- Proven experience in Facility Management, particularly in HVAC system supervision.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and components.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with local regulations and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 per month
