Job Vacancy: Watchman (with Basic Maintenance Knowledge) Location: Dubai Company: Pure Care Building Maintenance LLC Position: Watchman Salary: AED 1,500 - AED 1,800 (based on experience) Job Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: Ensure the safety and security of the building premises. Monitor and control access to the building. Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify any security risks or maintenance needs. Report and address any security or safety issues. Assist in basic maintenance work such as plumbing, air conditioning (AC), and electrical repairs as needed. Respond to alarms and emergencies promptly. Maintain a log of daily activities and any security incidents. Requirements: Proven experience as a Watchman or in a similar role. Basic knowledge of maintenance work in plumbing, AC, and electrical systems is an advantage. Good communication and observation skills. Physically fit to conduct regular patrols. Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Trustworthy and responsible. Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience. Accommodation provided.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
