Head of Technical Department
1. To monitor the shop drawings workflow, productivity, and ensure that all details and dimensions in the shop drawings comply with client specifications.
2. To open job order with checklist in accordance with the bill of quantity for each project, to confirm and receive job specifications, approved colors and materials, and to confirm the approval of the client.
3. To coordinate the submission of drawings and samples for approval and clarifications from the client.
4. To submit and follow up with the client for approval of shop drawings and work specifications; delivery and installation date.
5. To visit the site to confirm the location, situation, and working conditions, and to coordinate with the site engineer regarding site dimensions and installation details.
6. Undertake the responsibility for upgrading and training the engineers of the section in order to improve the quality of the work with greater attention to detail and faster output.
7. To prepare a quarterly report highlighting the department’s progress and accomplishments.
Target
1. To submit approved one shop drawing within one day as per client’s details
2. To achieve work with 0.5% mistakes
**Qualifications**
1. Must have minimum of 5 years Joinery and Fit Outexperience.
2. Proficient in English
**Job Types**:

**Salary**
7,000-10,000 AED per month
**Location**:
**Sharjah. Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**
