Female Arabic Clinic Receptionist

We need a female receptionist with at least 2 years experience in the medical field. Must be fluent in English and Arabic
Salary 4000 AED
Full job description:
- Welcome patients and visitors.
- Maintaining records and accounts receivables.
- Answer telephone and chat inquiries for new and existing patients.
- Assisting patient's inquiry and explain clinic services appropriately to patients.
- Scheduling appointment bookings in the clinic calendar.
- Fill cancelled/rescheduled appointments to ensure a full schedule.
- Call patients for appointment confirmation.
- Update daily task and log patients visit via EMR.
- Must have knowledge in insurance claim forms and reimbursement protocols.
- Patient registration via EMR and registration form.
- Request patient feedback after completion of the service.
- Collaborates and follow-up with other staff members to make sure that procedures are being done in a timely manner.
- Running end-of-day reception reports
- Log calls and inquiries.
Knowledge, skills, and abilities;
- Languages
- English, Arabic speaking is an added advantage
- Must have good customer relation and excellent communication skills in both writing and speaking.
- Must be computer literate.
- Strong inter-personal and relationship building skills.
- Must be able to work effectively with doctors, personnel and patients in a variety of situations.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in a clinic set up as receptionist.
**Salary**: AED4,000.00 per month
