**About the job**

**As an**F&B Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for the following duties**:

- Manage all food and beverage reservations, ensuring accuracy and accommodating guest requests or changes as needed.
- Support revenue goals by maximising booking conversions and promoting special events, menus, and offers.
- Ensure timely processing of group and event bookings and smooth handover to the relevant team.
- Maintain accurate customer database records while adhering to IT security and compliance policies.
- Stay updated through training, remain flexible with shift patterns, and carry out additional duties as assigned by management.

**As an**F&B Reservations Agent, we expect from you**:

- 1-2 years of experience in high-end customer service, with direct interaction via phone or in person.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a courteous and professional approach toward guests and colleagues.
- Fluent in spoken and written English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, German, French, or Spanish are a plus.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage operations and awareness of dining trends is beneficial.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
