Telesales Office Administrator

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Philippine lady to join our team as a Telesales cum Office Admin. In this role, you will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks while also assisting with telesales activities. Your attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to multitask will be essential for success.
**Responsibilities**:
- Answering Calls: You will manage our company’s landline, ensuring professional and efficient communication with clients, partners, and team members.
- Office Administration: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Financial Background: A background in accounts is preferred, as you will prepare monthly income reports for property owners and calculate VAT.
- Telesales Support: Make outbound calls and send messages to property owners, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries.
- Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in administration, finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
