**Key Responsibilities**:

- Source fabrics, trims, accessories, and finished garments from trusted suppliers.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
- Conduct cost analysis for materials and finished goods, ensuring accurate and competitive pricing that aligns with business targets.
- Negotiate terms, prices, and delivery schedules with suppliers to meet production timelines and budget constraints.
- Collaborate closely with the design, merchandising, and production teams to understand purchasing needs.
- Track and manage purchase orders, shipping schedules, and inventory levels.
- Regularly evaluate supplier performance to ensure compliance with quality and delivery standards.
- Monitor market trends and sourcing opportunities in the apparel industry to reduce costs and improve supply chain efficiency.
- Ensure all procurement documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with company policies.
- Travel locally and internationally as needed to visit suppliers, attend sourcing trips, or participate in industry trade shows.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 2-3 years of purchasing experience in the garments and apparel industry.
- In-depth knowledge of fabric types, garment construction, trims, and production processes.
- Proven skills in cost and pricing analysis within the fashion or apparel sector.
- A strong sourcing network and established relationships with vendors.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and sourcing software.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as required.
