**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the company’s website, ensuring it is updated with the latest property listings, blogs, and market news.

- Track and measure lead generation, conversion rates, and sales performance using various digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills with an eye for detail and design.
- Experience with website management (CMS), landing pages, and conversion optimization.
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to improve digital marketing strategies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Creative mindset and ability to adapt to new trends in the digital marketing space.
