The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. From content strategy, monetization, gifting, LIVE features, data analysis, creating campaigns and ensuring a fun and safe space for all of our LIVE users.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop & drive go-to-market strategic plan for multi-guest feature in MENA, with central GTM team and rollout in future MENA countries.
2. Confirm short and long-term goals for product growth and identify levers to achieve the goals.
3. Develop & implement LIVE creator education plan regarding multi-guest feature, including feature playbook, feature value, multi-guest use cases, key feature updates.
4. Collaborate with regional campaigns teams to raise user awareness and feature growth.
5. Identify key scenarios (using multi-guest feature) of local market and team up with xfn teams to amplify the scenarios.
6. Scale & operational products and processes, facilitating strategies and key deliverables across all cross-functional partners (Product, Product Ops, Product Marketing, Creator Management, Content/Campaign, GR/PR/Legal). Collect product feedback from LIVE creators, and help product team optimize the multi-guest feature.
7. Be the leading strategic thought-partner to Creator/Content/Campaign leads supporting growth through identifying key areas of improvement, driving new initiative strategies, and developing scalable playbooks. (i.e. Agency Business Development, Scalable Creator Education)
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or above;
- 3 years of content operation experience or product operation experience;
- Cross regional experience is highly preferred
- Command a good sense of content and user empathy, able to abstract qualitative content judgement based on quantitative/qualitative user feedback and content review;
- Good at finding and summarizing core concepts among thousands of scenarios
- Quick learner, self-driven and result oriented
- Have a good understanding of content quality definitions and principles
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Deep passion for TikTok, mobile entertainment, social media, and popular culture
- Creative mindset and thought process that's focused on driving business parameters forward
- Have a solid understanding of the social/livestreaming market.
