We are a fast-growing e-commerce company running multiple international brands in the lifestyle and family sectors. We create, design, and market products that connect emotionally with our audiences. To strengthen our creative and marketing impact, we’re looking for a **Creative Strategist** to join our Dubai office.

**Role Overview**

As a **Creative Strategist**, you will be at the heart of our content and marketing strategy. You’ll help create high-performing visual content for paid ads (photo, video, motion design) and develop engaging CRM campaigns through Klaviyo.
You’ll work closely with the founder, marketing team, and external creatives (freelancers, videographers, designers) to bring ideas to life and optimize performance across all channels.

Key Responsibilities
- **Creative Strategy**: Develop and brainstorm ad concepts, content angles, and storytelling ideas for Meta, TikTok, and other paid platforms.
- **Content Production**: Create or coordinate high-quality visuals — video shoots, photos, and motion design assets.
- **Briefing & Coordination**: Write creative briefs and manage freelancers (video editors, designers, photographers).
- **Ad Optimization**: Analyze ad performance and identify new creative directions to improve CTR and conversion rates.
- **Brand Identity**: Ensure content consistency across all channels and brands.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **Creative Strategist**, **Content Creator**, or **Performance Creative Manager** in an e-commerce or digital marketing environment.
- Strong understanding of **paid social creative strategy** (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads).
- Experience with **Klaviyo** or similar CRM tools.
- Strong creative sense — capable of turning marketing data into engaging storytelling.
- Familiarity with photo/video production and motion design tools (e.g. Adobe Suite, Canva, CapCut, etc.).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Fluency in **English**; **French is a strong plus.**

- Graphic Design: 2 years (required)
- Video editing: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- French (preferred)
