CAKE DECORATOR

We are seeking a full-time cake decorator. Must have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience as a cake decorator. She / He must be highly motivated and able to handle the social media accounts to upload the Stories, baking videos, new designs, new baking techniques, etc.

To be successful as a cake decorator, you should keep abreast of the latest styles, techniques, and trends in cake decoration. Ultimately, a top-notch cake decorator should be able to demonstrate creativity, attention to detail,
- Designing and decorating cakes according to established bakery standards with customers’ specifications.
- Producing different kinds of icing, frosting, and cake fillings based on cake type and customer preferences.
- Produce, design, and decorate custom cakes covered in both buttercream and fondant.
- Neatly and accurately sculpt two-dimensional and three-dimensional figures using fondant, gum paste, modeling chocolate, etc.
- Cleaning and sanitizing all work areas and ovens as well as baking and decorating equipment.

**Note
- Bakery and Pastry Knowledge is a bonus.**

**Able to create and innovate new recipes and items in shop**

**Requirements**:

- Proven baking and cake decorating experience.
- Must be familiar with the use of commercial mixing machines, ovens, various cake decorating instruments, and tools.
- Must have social media platforms (Instagram & Facebook) experience like posting the designs, stories, etc.
- Detail-oriented, artistic, and creative
- Have positive, high energy, friendly, enthusiastic, team-oriented attitude
- Be able to handle high pressure and volume and work quickly. Be able to follow instructions and directions and have excellent communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- High school or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- cake decorator: 2 years (preferred)
