Assist lawyers in preparing, reviewing, and filing legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, memoranda, and correspondence.

Maintain and organize case files, records, and legal documents (both physical and digital).

Conduct basic legal research and collect relevant information, evidence, or precedents.

Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, hearings, and court appearances.

Communicate professionally with clients, law firms, courts, and government departments.

Support in preparing case summaries, exhibits, and documentation for hearings or trials.

Draft letters, legal forms, and summaries under lawyer’s supervision.

Ensure timely follow-up on pending matters, deadlines, and case updates.

Assist in preparing payment vouchers, fee notes, and filing court receipts.

Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Law, Legal Studies, or related field.

Prior experience (1-3 years) as a Legal Assistant, Paralegal, or similar role preferred.

Good understanding of Dubai Court Online Portal and MOHRE legal procedures and terminology.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Arabic & English)

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

High attention to detail and accuracy.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or diploma in **Law / Legal Studies** (LLB or equivalent)
- Minimum **3-5 years of legal experience in the UAE** (preferably in corporate or labour law)
- Strong understanding of **Dubai Courts procedures** and **MOHRE regulations**:

- Experience in preparing legal notices, settlements, and following up on court cases
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills

**Language Requirements**:

- **Fluent in English, Hindi & Arabic** (spoken and written) — _mandatory_

**Salary & Benefits**:

- Salary: AED 5,000-6,000 per month
- Visa, medical insurance, and other benefits as per UAE Labour Law

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
