**Relationship Officer (Credit Card Sales)** is responsible for acquiring new credit card customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and meeting monthly sales targets through various channels like tele sales, Or referrals.
- Promote and sell credit card products to potential customers
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Generate leads through referrals or tele sales.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Provide excellent customer service during and after the sales process.
- Address queries, follow up on documentation, and ensure timely processing.
- Follow bank policies and financial compliance guidelines.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Provide daily/weekly sales reports to the team leader or sales manager.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
- Customer-focused approach.
- Ability to handle rejection and objections positively.
- Basic understanding of credit card features and banking products.
- Freshers also mostly welcome
