**About the role**
As the Assistant Manager, Marketing - F&B, you will assist the Manager, Marketing - F&B, manage all marketing activity relating to Food & Beverage and other resort projects on a need basis. You will work with the Food & Beverage operations team closely to provide marketing support whilst still maintaining brand positioning, and assist in developing highly effective marketing strategies to market Atlantis Dubai restaurants and other activity in line with guidance from the Marketing Manager and Director, and help implement plans to assist the marketing team in meeting revenue targets using all channels. You will also support the social media team and optimise outlets’ pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content, and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders (CRM, Digital, social media etc. ) to set, define and execute promotion activities across the hotel.
You will also ensure brand standards and identity, develop dining promotions and third-party initiatives, manage hotel collateral creation adhering to brand standard, and manage internal photoshoots for restaurants and food.
**About you**
You will also have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, have good stakeholder management, and have strong project management and organisation skills to enable completion of multiple projects at once. Strong technical skills are essential, using Microsoft Office and Excel, and a degree in marketing is preferred, though not essential.
