**Responsibilities**:

- Secure work placement opportunities for students.
- Develop relationships with employers for placements.
- Coordinate student placements with academic departments.
- Promote work placement programs to students.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress during placements.
- Maintain placement records and prepare reports.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2+ years of student placement experience is a must.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field.
- Strong network of contacts with employers and industry professionals.
- Knowledge of career development theories, job search strategies, and employment trends.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work independently.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
