**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Track and follow up on tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and handle correspondence.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Assist in overseeing operations and special projects.
**Qualifications**:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM/task management tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
