**Key Responsibilities**
- Conceptualize and design **event spaces, brand activations, retail pop-ups, exhibition booths, and immersive experiences**.
- Develop **3D visualizations, renders, and technical drawings** to communicate ideas effectively.
- Work with **creative directors, producers, and clients** to ensure designs align with brand identity and marketing goals.
- Create realistic **3D models, materials, textures, and lighting** for presentations and approvals.
- Prepare **detailed production drawings** and specifications for fabrication and build execution.
- Collaborate with vendors, fabricators, and production teams to ensure design feasibility and execution quality.
- Stay updated on **design trends, new materials, fabrication techniques, and technology** in experiential marketing and event production.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Requirements**:

- **3+ years of experience** in 3D design for events, experiential marketing, retail, or exhibitions.
- Proficiency in **3D design software** such as **3ds Max, Cinema 4D, SketchUp, or Blender**.
- Strong skills in **Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with **CAD software** (AutoCAD, Vectorworks) for technical drawings is a plus.
- Understanding of **materials, fabrication methods, and production processes**.
- Strong sense of **spatial design, color theory, lighting, and storytelling** in physical environments.
- Ability to interpret brand guidelines and translate them into **immersive physical experiences**.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to **sell design concepts** to clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a creative team.

**Nice to Have**
- Experience with **AR/VR for experiential design**.
- Knowledge of **motion graphics and animation**.
- Familiarity with **interactive installations and digital integration** in physical spaces.
