**Key Responsibilities**
- **Strategic Leadership**:
- Define and execute **business development strategies** aligned with company goals.
- Identify new **markets, partnerships, and opportunities**.
- Lead a team fostering **innovation and high performance**.
- **Client Acquisition & Account Management**:
- Build relationships with **C-level executives** in telecom and enterprise accounts.
- Manage key accounts with opportunities for **upselling & cross-selling**.
- Negotiate **high-value contracts**.
- **Team Management & Collaboration**:
- Lead a **high-performing business development team**.
- Align efforts with **marketing & product teams** to enhance client solutions.
- **Market Intelligence & Thought Leadership**:
- Represent Comviva in **industry events & media**.
- Strengthen ties with **analysts, influencers, and partners**.
- Monitor **trends & technological advancements** to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
**Skills & Qualifications**
- **Experience**: 18+ years in **Business Development, Sales & Account Management**.
- **Telecom BSS Expertise**: 5+ years of domain experience.
- **Client Engagement**: Strong relations with **C-level executives**.
- **Sales & Negotiation**: Ability to close **high-value contracts**.
- **Analytical & Communication Skills**: Proficient in **market assessment & stakeholder engagement**.
- **Travel Required**: Willingness to travel for client meetings & industry events.
- Exposure to **emerging technologies like AI, SaaS** is a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
