We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated In-House Paralegal to join our family-owned business and family office. As an In-House Paralegal, you will be responsible for providing legal support and assistance to our business operations and family office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and other legal documents as needed.
- Assist with the management of legal affairs, including corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
- Conduct legal research and provide legal analysis and recommendations to management and other stakeholders.
- Assist with the implementation of legal policies and procedures.
- Maintain and organize legal files, documents, and other information.
- Coordinate and communicate with outside counsel, including managing legal invoices and expenses
- Review and analyse legal documents, including leases, licenses, and other business agreements
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Provide general legal support and advice to the family office and family business operations
- Assist with the administration of trust and estate matters

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in paralegal studies, legal studies, or related field.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a paralegal, with experience in corporate and/or estate planning preferred
- Experience working with the UAE and UK preferred
- Experience with corporate law, contracts, and compliance matters.
- Strong knowledge of legal principles, procedures, and regulations.
- Excellent organizational
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a team and effectively communicate with clients and outside counsel
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and grow.
