We're in search of a dynamic and visionary leader to take charge as our Global Head of Business Development. The chosen individual will serve as our chief evangelizer, promoter, and connector, highlighting the unprecedented value of the Prepaire operating system to the scientific community worldwide. As you blaze a trail for the next era of therapeutic development, you will be the cornerstone linking cutting-edge cell and immune therapy researchers with our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish and nurture relationships within the global scientific community.
- Demonstrate the unique value proposition of the Prepaire operating system for both research and commercial drug development ventures.
- Collaborate with renowned cell and immune therapy researchers, offering our platform as the ultimate tool for commercialization.
- Provide Prepaire users with seamless access to state-of-the-art gene editing tools all in one place.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans, ensuring sustainable growth and expansion of our user base.

What We're Looking For:

- Proficiency in cell biology and CRISPR technology.
- A strong sales or business development background with a proven track record.
- Excellent networking abilities, particularly within the scientific and medical communities.
- A visionary mindset, with the capability to see and harness future trends.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and persuade.
- A team player, eager to collaborate cross-functionally.
