**Qualifications**:

- Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in IT or ERP software solutions.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Experience in working with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
- Strong business acumen, with a strategic mindset toward sales growth and relationship building.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing business needs.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in selling ERP or enterprise software solutions.
- Familiarity with industries such as manufacturing, retail, or supply chain that commonly utilize ERP systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
