**Organization**:
**Basic Function**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Support the Regional Director of Operations, Area Managers and Country Managers to develop and expand operations throughout the region
- Develop productive relationships with law enforcement, government agency and non-profit organizations throughout the region
- Assist Country Managers to identify, create and execute capacity building programs
- Mentor individuals and teams responsible for investigations
- Deliver training to law enforcement and other government agencies
- Assess equipment requirements of host government agencies and support the purchase and training in the use of specialist equipment
- Advise host government agencies on pre-arrest, arrest and post-arrest investigative support
- Implement a positive company culture and core values of OUR
- Other responsibilities as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Ability to relocate to Dubai
- Willingness to travel throughout Africa and the Middle East (up to 50%)
- At least 8 years of experience conducting investigations, ideally with exposure to human trafficking and sexual exploitation crimes
- Knowledge of open-source intelligence techniques
- Strong ability to build relationships
- Strong, regional networks and experience living and working in the region - preferred
- Able to pass a background check and criminal record check
