We are having our own properties and work in marketing and coordinating with tenants. The real estate agent should be active and responsible for his job tasks from A - Z with a proper follow for real estate and coordination with the accounts department if payment is collected.

**Job responsibilities: -**
- Call tenants and follow up on leasing properties in a routine works in a proper way.
- Booking flats, receiving payments, Visiting sites, field visit collection.
- Renewals tenancy contracts. Bounced cheques, statements, and account statements.
- Update Lease files (EID, Passport copies, rental cheques, cheques copies, security cheques)
- Follow up on Police Cases, Rental Disputes and provide updates.
- coordinate with tenants in Maintenance.
- use Entry Forms, complain forms, and fill up with all tenant details.
- Follow up on tenants' complaints and maintenance.
- Use Exit Forms once the tenant left from the company.
- Carry out various real estate duties, and establish a strong network of connections within the industry.
- Responsibilities will include soliciting clients for renting, buying, and selling homes and properties, as well as negotiating and arranging real estate transactions.
- Advertise properties through a variety of marketing techniques.
- Evaluate the clients’ desires and economic capabilities to discover the appropriate suggestions.
- Provide information regarding legal guidelines, rates, specifications, and property availability.
- Mediate the dealings between sellers and buyers ensuring good conduct and the honest exchange of information towards a beneficial understanding.
- Present properties to potential buyers and address questions or concerns.
- Generate and manage lists of properties for sale.
- Knowledgeable about the property market and best practices

**Real Estate Requirements: -**
- Must have 2-5 years in real estate
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- must speak English.
- other languages preferred (Hindi, Arabic)
- good knowledge of the local market, rules, and regulations.

O must have a driving license.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
