The KG Teacher is responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young children. This role involves developing age-appropriate lesson plans, fostering social and emotional development, and implementing a variety of teaching strategies to engage and educate kindergarten students.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**:

- Design and implement developmentally-appropriate lesson plans based on the curriculum guidelines.
- Integrate a variety of teaching methods to address different learning styles.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning.
- Manage student behavior effectively using positive reinforcement techniques.
- **Educational Activities**:

- Plan and conduct engaging activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- Use educational games, stories, and creative materials to enhance learning.
- **Assessment and Reporting**:

- Regularly assess students' progress and maintain accurate records of their academic and social development.
- Provide feedback to parents through parent-teacher conferences and written reports.
- **Communication**:

- Maintain open and effective communication with parents regarding their child's progress and well-being.
- Collaborate with other teachers and school staff to enhance the overall learning environment.
- **Safety and Well-being**:

- Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times.
- Implement health and safety procedures in the classroom.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay informed about current trends and best practices in early childhood education.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Teaching certification or license for the relevant jurisdiction.
- Previous experience in teaching kindergarten or early childhood education is preferred.

- Strong understanding of child development principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
