DESCRIPTION
- A Pizza Maker does multiple and simultaneous processes —from dough and ingredient prep to cooking pizza in a pizza or wood-fired oven. A good Pizza Maker makes excellent pizzas and knows how to teach others to toss dough, assemble pizzas and cook them properly. We are looking for a skilled Pizza Maker to prepare high-quality pizzas according to customers’ orders. To be successful in this role, you should ensure that kitchen safety protocol is properly followed. Ultimately, a top-notch Pizza Maker should be able to train and mentor kitchen staff.

On the other hand, Pasta Makers prepare fresh pasta, fillings, and other types of pasta following specific recipes and processes. As the Pasta Maker, you will be responsible for preparing of different varieties of fresh pasta and will likely have opportunities to create or innovate recipes. You may work directly with customers and in all cases, a commitment to customer satisfaction and a passion for providing consistent quality is a must. You'll be responsible for cleaning and maintaining equipment and following all safety and sanitation protocols.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensures cooking stations are sanitized and prepped with necessary tools
- Prepares and stores pizza dough
- Prepares pizza sauces
- Trains other cooks in the preparation process so all meals are uniform
- Checks quality of pizzas before they’re served to guests
- Performs regular maintenance on kitchen equipment
- Collaborates with staff on menu items
- Makes sure the kitchen is clean and sanitized
- Perform additional duties as required or assigned by managment team
- Attend all trainings and meetings as assigned by managment
- Maintain a positive attitude, teamwork and great communication
- Ability to create many different types of pasta
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance as per company policies
- Making pasta according to company's recipes at the highest quality
- Always maintain a very clean and sanitized work area that exceeds the Ministry of Health standards

QUALIFICATIONS
- Positive, Energetic, engaging personality
- Able to be organized, manage time wisely and work little to no direct supervision
- Very high attention to detail and extensive service knowldge of the kitchens
- Sensitive to cultural nuances
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English
- Able to handle a multitude of tasks in an intense, fast paced environment
- Has 2 years of working in UAE in same or similar role
- Work experience as a Pizza Chef or similar role in a restaurant
- Hands-on experience with preparing and baking pizza doughs
- Familiarity with professional kitchen equipment and brick or stone oven
- Understanding of food hygiene
- Good time-management skills
- Team spirit
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and evenings

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
