Position : Warehouse Supervisor

Location : Ajman, UAE

Experience : 5-7 years in similar role within PVC/ UPVC/ HDPE Pipes and Pipe Fittings company/ Any manufacturing company experience.

Salary : AED 4500-5000/ month (Depending on experience) + Other benefits

**Scope of the role**

Responsible for effective functioning of stores, inventory management and logistics including import / export.

**Qualifications, Experience and skills**
- Graduate with 5-7 years of experience in stores and logistics within PVC/ UPVC/ HDPE Pipes and Pipe Fittings company or any large scale manufacturing (should have)
- Knowledge about the RTA rules and regulation in UAE market with respect to logistics, logistics service providers in the region
- Export import procedures and policies in UAE
- Knowledge on customs clearance, export import policies and procedures
- Good in communication

**Job Profile**
- Plans and performs work that involves receiving, inspecting, returning, unloading, shelving, packing, labeling and delivering
- Ensure proper storing of materials to enable easy identification and traceability
- Clears GRN of all purchase goods within Lead-time
- Maintains a perpetual inventory of RM and FG and plans for replenishment
- Generates PR at re-order level and coordinates with purchase for replenishment
- Maintains FIFO in receiving and issuing of materials.
- Analyses stock and takes necessary action on disposal of non-moving stock with the approval from management
- Maintains stock as per the books
- Periodically, checks physical inventory with respect to books and declares variation including damage items and gets it approved for stock adjustment
- Arranges to pick stocks as per dispatch packing slips, generates DO arranges for packing and dispatch
- Ensures no sales return from customer by ensuring right materials are picked and sent as per the order
- Ensure proper loading and unloading of materials to have zero wastage at stores

**Others**
- Handles walk in customer
- Trains the store Employees on the product and store procedures
- Ensures employees are following all HSE procedures as per the policy of the company
- In House transactions production related.
- ISO Documentation.
- Safety Training - 5S
- Coordination with staff & laborers.

**Key deliverables**
- Availability of minimum stocks as planned.
- FIFO
- Stock as per the books.
- Deliveries as per the schedule.
- Optimum logistics cost.
- Reduction of inventory carrying cost.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED4,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

- Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
