The Procurement Officer is responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods, services, and materials in accordance with organizational requirements and budget constraints. This role ensures timely and cost-effective procurement, vendor management, and adherence to organizational and legal compliance standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Procurement & Sourcing**:

- Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and secure the best possible pricing and terms.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders and requisitions in line with company policies.
- Monitor market trends and source new suppliers to improve cost-efficiency and quality.
- **Vendor Management**:

- Maintain strong working relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, delivery, and price competitiveness.
- Resolve vendor complaints and disputes professionally.
- **Inventory & Cost Control**:

- Work with inventory and finance departments to ensure accurate stock levels and cost controls.
- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
- **Compliance & Documentation**:

- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and reports.
- Assist in audits and ensure procurement activities are documented appropriately.
- **Cross-Departmental Coordination**:

- Collaborate with internal departments to determine procurement needs, specifications, and timelines.
- Communicate order status and resolve any delivery or quality issues.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Procurement Officer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of procurement practices, sourcing strategies, and supplier management.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Should be fluent in HINDI mandatory
- Should be within UAE

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Procurement: 3 years (required)
- Contracting or Metal industry: 1 year (required)
