- Supervision of shop floor activities
- Supervision of skilled/semi-skilled/helper personnel as assigned small Group and get the best out put
- Day to day management of Workshop operations
- In process checking of products
- Overall control Production activities for the smooth functioning of the Jobs received
- In process visual examination of product in conformance specs, drawings and instruction
- Liaise with QC Inspector for stage inspection as applicable
- Maintaining good housekeeping & check attendance of workers in the shop
- Liaison for technicalities and clarification with Production Engineer
- Check on personnel’s safety wear / Inform and mishap to the QHSE Engineer
- Reporting - material, progress, breakdown, dispatch
- Perform the duties and assignments as given by Production Engineer
- Ensure personal compliance with requirements of Integrated Management System
- Identify unsafe operations and practices and take remedial actions immediately
- Ensure that the workshop is safely maintained, that all working areas are safe, and that staff are fully trained to do their job efficiently and safely

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED2,000.00 per month
