**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent software.
- Translate architects’ concepts and sketches into accurate and executable technical drawings.
- Revise and update drawings based on feedback from architects, consultants, or authorities.
- Coordinate drawings with structural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines to ensure design integration.
- Prepare and compile submission drawings in accordance with local municipal regulations.
- Develop shop drawings as required for construction and coordination.
- Maintain an organized archive of all drawings and related documentation.
- Ensure quality and accuracy in all drawings and deliverables.
- Stay updated with relevant codes, regulations, and drafting standards.
- Deliver work on time and within project deadlines.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as an Architectural Draughtsman in the UAE.
- Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit and 3D software is an advantage.
- Good understanding of UAE municipal codes and submission requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and drawing accuracy.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and under pressure.
