Fitness Instructor

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Lead and conduct group fitness classes, such as aerobics, yoga, strength training, and high-intensity interval training (HIIT), ensuring a safe and effective workout for participants.
2. Provide one-on-one personal training sessions, assessing clients’ fitness levels, setting goals, and developing customized workout plans.
3. Demonstrate exercises and proper techniques to ensure participants are performing movements safely and effectively.
4. Monitor and motivate participants during workouts, offering encouragement and adjustments to enhance their performance
5. Develop and maintain positive relationships with members, providing support, answering questions, and addressing any concerns related to fitness and wellness.
6. Conduct fitness assessments and track clients’ progress, adjusting training programs as needed to help them achieve their goals.
7. Educate clients on proper nutrition, exercise techniques, and healthy lifestyle habits to support their overall well-being.
***Requirements**:
1. Certification as a fitness instructor or personal trainer from a recognized organization.
2. Proven experience as a fitness instructor or personal trainer, with a track record of helping clients achieve their fitness goals.
3. Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and proper exercise techniques.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire clients of all fitness levels.
5. Energetic and enthusiastic personality, with a passion for fitness and helping others.
