- Ensure that finished products meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure timely completion of projects.

**Requirements**:

- 5 years minimum proven experience in furniture making, particularly sofas and upholstery.
- Proficiency in working with various materials such as wood, fabric, foam, and leather.
- Strong knowledge of furniture construction techniques and upholstery methods.
- Ability to interpret design drawings and specifications accurately.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying projects and production schedules.
