We are seeking a dedicated Patient Relations Executive (female) to join our team. The Patient Relations Executive will be responsible for ensuring a smooth, positive experience for our patients by managing appointments, assisting with inquiries, and maintaining effective communication. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Patient Scheduling and Attendance**:

- Coordinate and track patient appointments, ensuring timely and efficient scheduling for consultations.
- Send reminders and follow-ups to maximize attendance and reduce no-shows.

2. **Patient Support and Communication**:

- Respond promptly to patient inquiries, addressing any issues, concerns, or questions.
- Provide clear instructions on how to access teleconsultation services and assist patients with any technical challenges.

3. **Patient Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain a rapport with patients to foster trust and encourage continued use of services.
- Follow up with returning patients to monitor their progress and ensure they feel supported.

4. **Service Excellence**:

- Ensure every patient interaction is positive, professional, and aligned with the company’s commitment to quality care.
- Work collaboratively with consulting doctor and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.

5. **Administrative and Documentation Support**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for each patient interaction
- Prepare reports on patient attendance, feedback, and other key metrics to aid in service improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in patient coordination, customer service, or healthcare administration preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle patient concerns empathetically and professionally.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Bachelors of Nursing/Pharmacy will be a plus
