**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
- Develop personalized treatment plans focused on preventive care and health promotion.
- Conduct routine check-ups, health-risk assessments, and screenings.
- Collaborate with other specialists and healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care for patients.
- Maintain up-to-date patient records and ensure adherence to clinical guidelines.
- Provide patient education on maintaining healthy lifestyles and managing chronic conditions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits within the department.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, protocols, and ethical standards.
- Provide patient focused Internal Medicine services and ensure optimal clinical care of patients in the department in line with the clinical privileges granted.
- Work within a multidisciplinary team with a personalized and caring attitude.
- Provide leadership, supervision and support to the junior clinical staff (doctors & nurses)

**Qualifications**:

- Must hold a DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter as a Consultant in Family Medicine.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Consultant in Family Medicine in a hospital setting in Dubai.
- Proven ability to manage a broad range of medical conditions across all age groups.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to patient care.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in **Arabic** is **preferable**.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and under pressure.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated on advancements in family medicine.
