**Key Responsibilities: Cashiering & POS Operations**:

- Process customer purchases accurately using the POS system.
- Handle cash, credit/debit cards, vouchers, and other payment methods.
- Issue receipts, refunds, and change as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout counter.
- Follow cash-handling and reconciliation procedures at shift start/end.

**Sales Reporting**:

- Generate daily sales reports from the POS system.
- Ensure sales data is accurate and aligned with end-of-day cash and card totals.
- Submit sales summaries and relevant documentation to the supervisor or accounts team.

**Inventory Support**:

- Assist in stock level checks and notify the supervisor of low-stock or fast-moving items.
- Coordinate with the stock/inventory team to ensure updated system entries.
- Help with basic stock counts and participate in periodic inventory audits.
- Report any stock discrepancies or damaged items.

**Customer Service**:

- Greet customers courteously and respond to inquiries.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; diploma in business or retail operations is an advantage.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a cashier, preferably in a retail or F&B setting.
- Proficient in operating modern POS systems.
- Basic knowledge of sales reporting and inventory processes.
- Good math and data entry skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
