**Job Summary**:
Responsible for managing Business Finance, by supporting the BU team in margin management, cost optimization, working capital, and ensuring finance policies, processes and compliances are adhered to.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Ensure compliance with Financial and Cost Accounting Systems and Financial Policies of the Company.
- Responsible for Accounting of all transactions - Sales, Material, General, Cost and P&L.
- Publish monthly P&L Statements and analysis thereof.
- Monitoring RM deliveries and pricing.
- To develop costing system for periodic review of product costs and margins, recommend pricing decisions and generate product/ sku rationalization recommendations.
- Monthly: Create Customer Profitability as SKU Level.
- Monthly CFO Reports (Brand PnLs, ORM Analysis, Deferred Marketing Spends).
- GC analysis for Flash.
- Risk Management of non B2B product and enabling pricing decisions, costing for B2B business.
- Support in Budgeting exercise including Sales, COGS, Factory Overheads, Net margin & Net profit.
- Monitoring Secondary realization with Transfer pricing from Flour.
- Inventory Ageing and Inventory holding Norms with a view of minimizing holding cost
- Periodic Inventory verification; and involvement in Cycle Count as per SOP
- NPD and New Product Costing
- Drive Cost saving & efficiency improvement
- Validation of Capex proposal and monitoring
- Provide a support role for interim & final audit.
- Built agreements with group companies on transfer pricing of services and cross booking of expenses.
- Actively participation & driving projects.
- Understand, reflect & practice IFFCO’s vision & values.
- Receivable Review
- Respond to Ad-hoc data requirements/clarifications
- Strength of Internal Controls, risk management
- Timely charging to inter-company for TMI/any other expanses
- Timely closure of month books of accounts
- Timely Financial Reporting to Management
- Cut-off Accuracy - Month-end and year-end
- Overdue % - Process Efficiency
- Preparation of BS Schedules and review
- Handling statutory auditors & internal auditors
- Built agreements with group companies on transfer pricing of services and cross booking of expenses.
- Ensure credit policies are complied with in respect of both receivables and payables and to this end manage the cash flow.
- Provide a support by closing the books for interim & final audit.
- Ensure that the company HSE policies & procedures are fully followed
- Understand, reflect & practice IFFCO’s vision & values.

**KPIs**:

- Support BU to achieve Budget Nos.
- Working Capital reduction.
- Detailed Analysis of Marketing Spent
- Optimize ERP modules.
- Trained and motivated Finance Team

**Work experience requirement**:
8-10 of years of experience in Finance within relevant manufacturing environment with at least 2 years in the Finance Department Leadership Role.

**Qualification**:

- Masters : CA / MBA Finance / ICWA
- Proficiency in Ms. Excel and English is a must
