- To monitor overall operations including off sites and report to OPM on daily basis.
- Responsible for the successful implementation and compliance of Integrated Management System at site and an active member of IMS Team.
- To prepare the monthly menu with the coordination of OPM & Chef and send it to OPM by 22ndof every month.
- To check & approve the Weekly indent prepared by OPM and send it for final approval. The same must be in line with the approved monthly menu.
- To the check & approve the materials request which is required for next day and the same should be as per approved budget.
- To monitor and analyze the pre & post production wastage details and send it to OPM on daily basis with analysis & trend chart.
- To conduct the Managers & Supervisors meeting with the coordination of all the department heads.
- To collect the Customer feedbacks details from concern authority and provide solutions to all the complaints, information, suggestion regarding Food service, Housekeeping, Laundry and Food dispatching.
- Prepare the Customer feedback summary with the corrective action for the complaints and send it to OPM on daily basis.
- To monitor the purchases and make sure all the materials received in the stores is as per ASL & APL.
- To ensure safe work will be carried out all times by adhering to the requirements of Health and Safety Standard to achieve incident free work place.
- To coordinate with OPM and conduct the menu developments program and identify 10 new dishes for each month and get it approved by OPM.
- To do the mentoring and monitoring of the low performers and co the counselling section and send the report to OPM.
- To conduct the Managers & Supervisors meeting on weekly basis with the coordination of OPM.
- To do the client meeting with the coordination of OPM as & when required. It will be the responsibility of catering manager to prepare the MOM to be circulated with action plan to OPM. To monitor the Logistics operations and report to OPM on daily basis.

**Salary**: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
