Lease Coordinator

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Ensures all service and maintenance bookings are executed and completed daily.
- Handles the day-to-day transactions of all drivers assigned. Ensures these are recorded in the VMS app.
- All the ready lease vehicles are returned within 48 hours after completion of service and maintenance job.
- Ensures all jobs required for the vehicles collected from customers are addressed. Coordinates with SMR team to ensure this.
- Prepares Drivers ratings and overtime of all drivers assigned.
- Forwards repair estimates to customers or company coordinator.
- Forwards all fine details to the concerned customers or company coordinator.
- Collects customer documents (DPDS) from customers and coordinators when expired.
- Follow up with concerned department for out of service vehicles.
- Handles emergency cases for customers assigned.

Monthly Reports:

- Prepare and Maintain Drivers Log sheet and Ratings
- Prepare and Maintain Drivers Overtime Sheets

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- "Operations Lease Coordinator": 2 years (required)
- "Car Rental": 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- "English (fluent)" (required)
