Title: Assistant - Group Finance Manager

Reports To: Group Finance Manager

Salary : 15k to 18k per month

Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Group Consolidation:

- Lead and manage the consolidation process for all group entities, including the preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS/GAAP standards.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of intercompany transactions and reconciliation procedures.

B. Intracompany Elimination:

- Implement rigorous systems and controls to automate and manage intracompany eliminations effectively.
- Monitor intragroup balances and transactions, ensuring that all necessary adjustments and eliminations are made to prevent double-counting.

C. Coordination with Parent company and Subsidiaries**:

- Collaborate with finance teams across subsidiaries to gather, review, and consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Streamline communication and processes regarding group reporting requirements to ensure timely and accurate submissions.

D. Financial Strategy and Analysis:

- Contribute to the strategic financial planning and support executive management with decision-making by providing comprehensive financial analysis and models.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements in financial performances and identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency gains.

E. Compliance and Best Practices:

- Stay abreast of all regulatory updates and ensure the company's financial practices comply with legal standards.
- Implement best practices in financial management, internal controls, and corporate governance across the group.

F. Budgeting and Forecasting:

- Coordinate the annual budget process and regular financial forecasts, providing insightful analysis in variances and suggesting actions.

G. Leadership and Development:

- Mentor and guide finance staff in the group, providing training and development opportunities to ensure a high-performing team.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and standardize finance procedures across subsidiaries.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field;
- CA / ACCA / CPA or equivalent certification is a must.
- Minimum of five years of experience in a finance role within a Big 4 firm or handling similar work in MNC’s.
- Strong understanding of IFRS/GAAP and financial reporting requirements for multinational companies.
- Demonstrated experience with ERP systems and financial consolidation software.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience in collaborating with multiple entities and managing remote teams.

**Salary**: AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
