**NOC Coordinator (UAE National)**

**Dubai, UAE**

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Liaise with relevant government agencies, authorities, and the client team to secure necessary approvals and No Objection Certificates (NOCs).
- Attend project kick-off and coordination meetings, providing support to the design team throughout the NOC process.
- Monitor the progress of drawings and documentation related to NOC submissions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Support the project team in obtaining all required approvals in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with clients (internal and external) and liaise with government entities and service authorities across the UAE to address technical queries and resolve issues.
- Track the status of utilities NOCs and ensure completion within the required timeframes.
- Regularly review project schedules to identify potential delays or deviations related to NOC progress and recommend corrective actions.
- Participate in design coordination meetings, contributing to process improvements where necessary.
- Collect and consolidate information from agencies, consultants, and contractors to prepare accurate weekly and monthly reports, as well as design documentation for management and clients.
- Attend project meetings, provide updates on NOC progress, and follow up on outstanding tasks.
- Perform other related responsibilities as required to support successful project delivery.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- A diploma or degree in engineering from a recognized university (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical preferred).
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in NOC coordination, preferably within the infrastructure sector.
- Demonstrated experience liaising with government authorities in Dubai and the Northern Emirates, with a strong understanding of their NOC systems and processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car, as the role requires frequent travel to government offices and service authorities.
