Cashier/customer Service Assistant

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Cashiers and Waitresses at [Block Seven Cafe]. If you are passionate about providing excellent customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to have you on board.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet customers with a warm and welcoming demeanor, making them feel valued and appreciated from the moment they enter the cafe.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all special requests and dietary preferences are noted.
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate cash registers.
- Assist with serving food and beverages to customers, ensuring prompt and attentive service.
- Keep the dining area clean, tidy, and well-organized, maintaining a pleasant atmosphere for our guests.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address aIny customer concerns or special requests.
- Provide recommendations on menu items and upsell our delicious offerings to enhance the overall dining experience.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns with tact and professionalism.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage cashier and serving responsibilities effectively.
- Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings.
