We are looking for a successful and enthusiastic Event Planner to produce events from conception through to completion. Event Coordinator responsibilities include providing outstanding customer service and organizing memorable events that meet quality expectations. He or she must be able to negotiate with diplomacy and have a background in the outdoor\adventure activities and parks.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate all aspects of event planning, design, and production.
- Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and ensure their utmost satisfaction.
- Conduct market research, gather information, and negotiate contracts.
- Provide regular feedback and reports to management.
- Propose improvements to enhance services and event quality.
- Oversee all event details, including decor, catering, entertainment,transportation, and more.
- Ensure compliance with legal, insurance, health, and safety obligations.
- Specify staff requirements and coordinate their activities.
- Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to promote events.
- Address any arising issues and troubleshoot problems on event days.
- Conduct pre
- and post-event evaluations and report outcomes.
- Research the market, identify event opportunities, and generate interest.
- Update monthly event calendars.
- Invoicing and quoting the groups.
- The main focus of groups and events should be through Dubai-Sharjah -within 2-hour parameters of Hatta.
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales and events.
- Able to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience as an Events Planner or Organizer.
- Impressive portfolio of previously managed events (team buildings, cooperate, meetings, parties, corporate events).
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Sales skills and ability to build productive business relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- MS Office proficiency.
- Willing to submit references from previous clients.
