A leading marine safety company based in the UAE is seeking Business Development Executives. The company specializes in providing innovative marine safety solutions and services to the maritime industry, ensuring compliance with international regulations and standards.

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Representative to join our team, focusing on selling a wide range of certified Hydraulic products and Services. Our company is a leading provider of comprehensive hydraulic services and products to the marine and oil and gas sectors. Our advanced hydraulic facility adheres to top-tier standards. From hydraulic pumps, motors, and cylinders to power packs, our team of highly skilled engineers and technicians ensure precision and quality in every repair.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

- This role involves understanding the unique needs of ships and other marine vessels, developing relationships with ship owners, shipyards, and maritime companies, and offering them a comprehensive range of high-quality hydraulic products and services to meet their diverse needs.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Your main objectives are to be responsible for building new clients and growing assigned territories' sales revenue.
- Work closely with our Technical, Channel Partner, and Sales team to formulate selling strategies and campaigns to improve business.
- Accountable for achieving and overachieving your sales target to contribute to the sales team performance of your assigned region.
- You will have a deep understanding of our product, and service portfolio and how it complements solving customers' key challenges and improves their current sales revenues.

**Requirements**:

- **Should have experience in Sales and services of Hydraulic Repair and Services in the marine industry**:

- Should have a valid degree or an MBA from a reputed institute.
- Should have an experience in Industrial Service selling experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in UAE.
- Driving License is mandatory
- Should have excellence in sales and negotiation skills.
- Should have good communication and interpersonal skills.
