**Key Responsibilities**:

- Construct and install formwork for concrete structures as per drawings and instructions.
- Measure, cut, and assemble shuttering materials such as plywood, timber, and steel plates.
- Ensure proper alignment and level of formwork before concreting.
- Dismantle formwork safely after the concrete has set.
- Maintain tools and materials in good condition.
- Follow site safety regulations and report hazards to the supervisor.
- Work closely with steel fixers, masons, and other site personnel to ensure smooth operations.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Shuttering Carpenter in construction projects.
- Skilled in measurement, cutting, and assembling of shuttering materials.
- Understanding of construction drawings and site requirements.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Physically fit and safety-conscious.
