**About the Job**:
We are looking for an experienced MIS Analyst who will facilitate a data driven analysis to identify opportunities, analyse, visualize, and deliver insights to help serve the business & Management better

Among your key responsibilities are as follows:

- Prepare and circulate daily, weekly, monthly MIS reports for the business to Management & Key Stakeholders
- Generation of new and analysis of business specific reports and support the Planning Team and stakeholders to automate the existing planning documents in Tableau / Alteryx / Power BI
- Schedule, prepare and arrange meetings with channels and key stakeholders to identify the pain points with significant business impacts
- Generation and Analysis of various business specific reports and publish it to stakeholders
- Generation of simulations of Sales incentives as per the Incentive policy
- Clear communication on the Incentive break-up to the related Stakeholders in Sales, HR, Finance, Accounts

**About You**:

- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Information Science & Database Management
- Minimum 2 - 3 years’ experience preferably from the Automotive industry
- Analytical, data driven outlook with strong planning and communication skills
- Operational, fast to assess situation, recommend and act
- Experience of big data handling
- Excellent user of Microsoft office, Data Analytics & Visualization tools - Tableau / Power BI / Alteryx
- Excellent written and verbal communications
