We are an early-stage edtech startup offering personalized online IELTS/PTE/OET/TOEFL to students pursuing a career abroad, professionals looking to migrate to foreign countries or simply tutoring school or university students.

**Full Job Description**
- Training students to attain excellent scores and develop necessary knowledge.
- Use various skills of teaching to engage students interests to achieve the expected results.
- Possess excellent communications skills (speaking/writing) in English. Ability to communicate effectively with students of all age groups and social backgrounds.
- Able to take up any common soft skills training. Be passionate about his/her work and open minded to adopt any new ideas & trend
- Understand all areas of the course syllabus and should self-update on the latest exam trends regularly.
- Self-motivated, determined and result-driven trainer who can deliver high quality training in the right method and level.
- Punctuality - Time management and punctual attributes are a must.
- Empathetic - you might have students from varying English language levels and age groups, hence should be able to tailor classes to suit them
- Contributing in preparing the detailed syllabus and the course material for the courses taught.
- Screening the materials used for the courses taught - ensuring the appropriate course structure, standard and level is observed and delivered
- Conducting pre-enrolment evaluation and mock-tests.
- Preparing and setting tests, examination papers, and exercises followed by Marking and providing appropriate feedback to the students.

**Qualifications & Skills for Applying**:

- Self-motivated and independent at work
- Should be a Computer literate
- Be a Native speaker of English or a Non-native speaker with an IELTS band with high score in the Speaking and Writing components.
- Result orientated and able to work under pressure to achieve results.
- Any certified teaching related courses
- A punctual and responsible individual who is able to meet deadlines.
- Great interpersonal skills

**Technical Requirements**:

- Fast & reliable desktop and laptop only.
- Broadband or high speed internet of minimum 400kbps Standard cable or dsl connection)
- High quality webcam and clear audio microphone.

**Note**:

- Flexibility over working hours. Upto 20 hours a week as per convenience between tutor and the student.
