We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our team and act as a liaison between our customers and our Service Technicians.

You will be responsible for communicating with customers to determine which repairs are necessary, submitting work orders to technicians, ordering needed parts and collecting payment after repairs are completed.

Ultimately, you will work directly with customers to understand their needs and provide our Service Technicians with the information required to provide excellent service.

**Responsibilities**
- Welcome calls, Appointment calls, Feedback calls & follow up calls to all our existing customers.
- Provide customers with information and advice on Estimate, warranty protections, Repair details, charges details.
- Manage and oversee the dealership’s workflow and schedule.
- Handling complete cycle of Job Cards process (Opening to invoicing).
- Call customers to advise them about service changes (if any) or motorcycle drop off/ pick-up times.
- Maintain positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business.

**Requirements and skills**
- Diploma engineering OR bachelor’s degree
- Proven work experience as a Service Advisor or similar role
- A strong understanding of automotive technology and the automotive industry
- Proficiency with industry-specific software & MS office
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication expertise
- Strong organizational, decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Relevant training and/or certifications as a Service Advisor

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
