Female Gymnastics/Trampoline Coach and Assistant Operations Manager - FULL TIME ROLE

Salary TBC on experience

A fantastic opportunity to join Street Maniax, the region’s leading Trampoline and Parkour park in the heart of Dubai We are looking for beginner and advanced Trampoline/Gymnastics Coaches with experience working with children and with several years’ experience in program design for all levels. You will be expected to carry out beginner and advanced level classes; assist members, especially juniors, proactively, supervise and interact with children in the park when not taking sessions. Help development the Flip academy and drive more clients your sessions. A big part of this role is business development working within a team to create new sessions and ideas to help us stand out from the crowd. You must be a team player and love working with children.

The role with also involve have the responsibilities of a assistant operations manager helping the operations manager running the park day to day.

Required Knowledge and Skills

Operations experience in a busy growing business

Be a leader and set an example, prepared to go above and beyond to get the job done

Basic Excel and computer skills, working within budgets

Assisting the operations manager in the day to day operations

Dealing with customers and being host in the park

Marketing experience would be preferred

Deep understanding of the Gymnastics

Strong knowledge of coaching children of all ages

Outstanding communication skills and ability to instruct and teach

Enthusiastic with all children and parents

Works independently with mínimal supervision

Excellent customer service skills

Required Education, Certifications and Experience

Minimum 3 to 5 years gymnastics experience

Minimum 3 years of coaching gymnastics

Gymnastics accomplishments as a gymnast and as coach

Must be able to confidently use a trampoline and teach the skills needed for progression to children

CPR and First Aid certifications (must be obtained within 60 days of hire) Police Check Needed
